How far along?  34 weeks and 1 day

Me at 33 weeks 5 days

How big is the baby?
Maybe the size of a honeydew melon, maybe the size of a squash, but big!

Weight class in UFC:
This week I lost an lb instead of gaining, putting me back at 172 lbs, still in the middleweight division.

What I ate this week:
In no particular order, since it was my first week of maternity leave,

All the water I can get my paws, I mean hands on. Soooo thirsty!

Mommy milestones:
Just had a full weekend of Lamaze class with Christopher, at the Port Perry hospital taught by a fantastic teacher, Alba Aguanno.
Christopher got to practice picking up a “newborn” ( doll) and changing a diaper. I got to ask all the questions I wanted to about caring for a newborn, and we both enjoyed practicing the pain relief techniques that were suggested for labour and delivery. I especially enjoyed my 10 minute back massage from Christopher!

I have to say, I’m feeling pretty good for 34 weeks pregnant. Besides a few discomforts here and there, I’m still pretty active, and although I am ready for bed by 10 pm, I have enough energy to do things during the day.

Speaking of things to do during the day, now that I’m on maternity leave, I need a new routine until baby comes! I’d better fill up my to do list a bit.

Baby milestones:
Baby is still moving and rolling around quite a bit and likes to rest when I am most active. I think this baby is going to do a lot of sleeping in the jogging stroller!

What’s left to do?
Lamaze is done
Nursery is done
Kitchen cupboards are done
Bathroom drawers are done
Coat closet is done
Car seat is installed but still needs to be checked
Baby on board sticker is on the car

What is left to do?!

Cooking freezer meals for after delivery
Packing my hospital bag
I will think of more things!
